Ford Mondeo is a large family car manufactured by Ford Motor company. It is also known as Ford Contour and Mercury Mystique. It is a 5 seater car which comes in D+ segment. The name “Mondeo” derives from the Latin word mundus, meaning “world”.
Ford Mondeo Specifications says that the car is packed with powerful 2000 cc of petrol engine with 4 cylinders which produces the maximum power of 142 Bhp @ 6000 rpm and maximum torque of 200 Nm @ 2500 rpm. It has refined sequential Electronic Fuel Injection System along with front ventilated and rear disk brakes and 5 manual gears.
The kerb weight of the car is 1358 kgs and the capacity of fuel tank is 59 litres. It also has McPherson strut for front with multi link rear suspension , Tachometer, 2 trip metres and rack and pinion power-assist steering with 11.1 meter of turning diameter. The car has refined chassis and suspension system which adds to superb drive quality.
